Card register

Every ID card issued by Eboracum UK Ltd. Open a card to download it, email the holder a sign-in invite, or revoke it. Changes update the public verify page straight away.

Issue a new card

A random card number is generated when you issue the card. The QR code and link on the card open its public verification page. The holder signs in with their email to see their own card.

Activity log

Every change made in this admin: cards issued, edited, revoked, replaced or deleted, sign-in invites, settings and admin access, plus automatic leaver revocations. It records who did it and when. Entries can't be edited or removed, so it can be used as audit evidence.

Wallet passes

Let staff add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from their My card page. The pass shows their name, role, card number and expiry, with the same live verify QR code. If a card is revoked, the QR code shows NOT VERIFIED when scanned, and a saved Google Wallet pass is marked inactive.

Admins

People who can sign in here and issue, edit or revoke cards. Owners can also add and remove admins. A new admin signs in at this page with their own email link; no password is needed.

Import cards

Load the export file from the old Wix admin. Card numbers stay the same, so cards already printed keep working.
